A friend of mine sent a ticket to you from almost 3weeks ago and he still didnt get any answer, also he've sent from 5 in 5 days replies to the automatically message with "Someone from the support team will be right with you!", but he still got nothing, what should he do?

Tell him to check his spam, also tell him to wait. Sometimes support team take it's time. :)
