Help with steampunk prices?

Hello everyone, it's been a while since i logged in. Today i played a bit and saw the steampunk pack, and decided to buy a couple of packs.
Turns out i get a steampunk umbrella, but i have no idea if it's rare or not. Any help?

There are no rares in the Steampunk pack. It's a permanent pack that will stay in the shop like the Sci Fi pack.
