If you’re loading up the app, and exit, and then return it does that.

Happened to me on mobile, I got rid of it with reinstalling app

Its not a bug, is happened when your CC is loading and u open another app then go back CC again. Just restart the game, thats all, no need restart phone or redownload it.

@WhimsicalFirefly I think u need to close it if u think we answered his problem.
