Putting Pictures Into Your Profile Activity

I've recently seen a thread about putting pictures into your profile activity so i'll run you through it here:
-Select the image you want
-Right click on the image
-Select 'Copy Image Address'
-Paste it into the 'Image URL' box
-It will appear in your activity box
-Find (in your files) the picture you want
- Just drag it straight into your activity box and the picture will appear at the bottom
Pictures From The Internet
-Select the image you want

Pictures Off Your Computer
-Find (in your files) the picture you want
