I can't open my CC in steam and i've tried everything

The title says so, I restarted, back-up, and cleaned my desktop but nothing happened, I followed what is said in the troubleshooting tips and still.. :(!!!

    Uninstall/turn off all of your anti-virus. There’s a good chance it thinks that Cubic Castles is a virus.

    If that doesn’t work, verify the game files in the steam properties, or uninstall and reinstall.

    I've had that problem too. The problem I had was that it was downloaded in the wrong file. If you have played cc on this steam before, then that has nothing to do with your problem most likely. Does it say cubic castles is already running?
