Easter Egg Disappear

Everyone know,
when easter egg not glassed, we only could see it near (around 2-3blocks), when glassed u could see it even far away.
But I notice some of the easter egg(glasses) disappear when u not near the egg, i've try re-put but u only could see it when u near them
