That's a cloaked mod There was a glitch in 2017 (i think?) where when level 60 came out a lot of people were placed at level 0, with all the perks they already earned, but it was fixed.
But I seen how mgn red eagle has lvl 0 account but its lvl 16 how?
Red is a one time case. He got cloaked way back when for whatever reason. I think it had to do with making sure people knew he was actually the real red eagle and not a fake.
