Those can be found in cave mines, generally near "water holes" inside the mines...

Although, you not finding 1 in those many cave mines is strange o-o

They're called jagged rocks, and pretty common. They're found in groups of like 20 blocks.
Edit: you need to search around the edges, they're not usually close to the door.

I was able to find them yesterday. But they're really find to hard. They are located in the pits and there are 10 each in 1 group

i usually find at least 20 in the pits, once i found 35 clustered together tho
