Phantom Foam glitch

When you have just one phantom foam in your inventory, and you use it, it works like a fadey foam. This problem doesn't occur when you have multiple phantom foams in the stack.

This had been reported many times and one more thing. If you put a phantom foam on a block lying on another block, the result is fadey foam. But if you apply it on a hanging / floating block, it results in a phantom foam effect.
