I can't open my game and forum(PC) -SOLVED,CLOSE-

Right, im using mobile now
Few mins ago, I suddenly lost connection(pc) and I can't play
1.Stuck in "Cosmic Cow"
2.Reconnecting
3.Start game and stuck

And I want to log in forum(PC) but it keep loading nonstop, but my youtube, facebook all are working well not even lag..whats happening
