An issue with the Knights Tale Event

I was playing the event and I was in Lush Lake, getting the seekers. I was jumping sporadically and my screen lagged, and when it caught up I fell through the map and ended up inside the ground, standing outside the glass box with no way to get back up. I tried to go through the start again, but since they decided to use prize machines to get the tickets, I can't get them again obviously. So now, I can't enter the portal to exit Timid Town. Am I just prevented from entering the event? Is there anyway someone can help me?

    After a certain amount of people take an item from a prize machine it will let you take the item again. But perhaps @Space_fetus can help you

    same thing happened to a new person that was doing the quest the sane time as I was. it was in the lake room.

    Happened to me, good thing the prize machine resets. I was able to finish :)

    Prize machines reset after every 50 ppl that use them
