Why is this happening?

So, a few mins ago people have been saying the servers are bad, im experiencing it too, to where my screen went black or friends couldn't see me in their realm, ive also recieved major lag to where i walk and it brings me back to place i was standing in last.

It took me a solid 13 min to walk across my 99x99 realm to get to my chests, all the while my friends irl were laughing at me on the verge of rage quitting
