Cut-o-matic doesn't accept orange dye

When making orange pixel blocks the cut-o-matic accepts yellow and red dye, but not orange dye.

That's because you have to insert them as if making it completely from scratch.

5 White Plasters + Red Dye + Yellow Dye = 5 Orange Pixels

It accepts purple and green dye though, why not orange?
