Wand Blocks/Bumper

Some PVP Games doesn't allow any of these wands, so i think of something cool like these blocks/bumpers... I'm pretty much annoyed that sometimes there's a PVP and for example no Healing Wands allowed, some Qbees still use it...

No Heal Wand Block/Bumper
No Knockback Block/Bumper
No Harm Wand Block/Bumper
No Shrink Wand Block/Bumper
No Necromancer Block/Bumper
