is building a replicate of a lobby illegal?

im planning to make a hallway of portals with some theme.. like building the lobby but it might be illegal in game..
but Can i have permission to build a portal hallway like a lobby?

It's allowed if we know that it isn't the real one and if you don't use it for malicious activities..
