Custom Title Screen Commissions

I'm not sure what category this is in but i decided I'd make some custom title screens after positive feedback, They are FREE!
What i need to know from you:
What block instead of Grass
What block instead of Dirt
Flowers & Tree - Do you want or not
Colour of background
Colour of buttons

is it possible to do stone blocks instead of dirt and grass, stone collums instead of trees, and im not sure about the red flowers, maybe fern or spring grass would make a good choice?
