    I'm not allowed to buy something for art ._.
    (I wanted a tab for drawing on bday)

    Most of them also exist as apps on smartphones/tablets.

    Sketchbook (I started off with this)
    FireAlpaca (It's mah faaaaave, more tools and things)
    Medibang Paint (Same as FireAlpaca, but for advanced users ~ harder for me XP)

    I was just surprised that she could make that by only using Paint.

    @BJDware I use it too... can practically do anything Photo shop can do except the transparent checkers but I'm working on a substitute to that
    I Mostly use it to make animated GIF's.
    It is a very well made program for an open source. Haven't been able to find anything i cannot do with it yet.
