Options for portals/doors

I suggest a sentry that allows you to set options on a door. Options could be:
-People on trusted list only?
-People of your clan only?
-Disable wands?
-No cars can be placed?
If you say: just set those options in the realm or room you are entering, That's true,but thats not the case for portals.
How could this be useful:
New possibilties
New games
...
I hope this gets added :D
