Getting Something from Someone Confirmation

Are you annoyed when a random Qbee gives you telefood leading to their realm even though you don't want to go or someone giving you trash to make your inventory full? Well not anymore with this suggestion I made. I want a confirmation when someone is giving you something so that you can say no when they give you trash or yes if you are in a giveaway.

    Imagine people spamming you. I would rather get what they give and throw it away.

    How about a new option:
    a new column were you can disable or enable saying "Received Items Confirmation"

    Don’t want this at all since I need to feed Ed constantly with stuffs and this is the best way to do it.
