Messed up resolution

I have this mac that I play on, I kept playing cc and etc. I was playing with the resolutions and now I can't even hit play or settings.

because of the bottom thing in the way.

I even tried 'updating' it but its still bad.

Anyone know how to fix or is it permanently like so?

Hmm reinstal? Or maybe find such as Cubic file in Appdata and delete it (for Windows user) IDK about Mac cos I never have one
