Need help...

I have a problem whenever I enter a very large or heavy realm, my cubic castles do not respond and if I try to open another page of cubic castles or I try to shut down by clicking the "Start" button, it will lock my computer. When this happens, I can not move anything, much less the mouse, and for me to turn off the computer, I will have to use the button outside the settings.

I would like you to help me rule out this error so that I could log into my account without having to worry about a very large / heavy realm

    oh this happend to me.. on my other main pc.. but yeah i dont ever play cc there.. for some realm with Pumkin stamp or dark stamp its will make my cc not respoding.. soo i play on my other pc.. and yeah its work find to me

    This is - in my opinion - caused by your device which can't support this realm. I play with an old PC and I don't even lag in the realm where you were. So the problem comes from your device.

    each game needs its own ram and how much ram you need to play for that game

    Example:

    you have a laptop / pc and that has 2Gb ram, but cubic castles needs 4-6gb ram to play it.
    and certainly an 'average / fast' wifi.

    do you have laptop 4 / 6gb ram but is working slow?
    download a cleaner and you can delete the files that you do not need

    but my laptope have 250gb, and continue the bug today :/

    that is not the ram memory, that is a hard drive. check the system information
