Common Problems You Might Have


I Can't Login Into Cubic Castles!


Having problems logging in || Saying "please wait" forever || Won't let you create an account
  • You might have been permanently banned.
  • Your Internet connection may be poor or not working.
  • There may be a server restart or update going on.
Try reinstalling the game or shutting off CubicCastles and reopening completely.
If the problem persists, go to http://support.cubiccastles.com .


My Graphics Look Weird!


If you opened another app while CubicCastles was loading || Messed with game files
  • If you messed with the game files, this may happen.
  • If you went to another application while CC was booting up, this will appear.
  • Sometimes tossed items will too, or one item in general.
This is super common and a simple fix. Restart CC completely and reopen. If it was with the files, wait til the next update or contact support.
If the problem persists, go to http://support.cubiccastles.com .


The Game Is Slow! / My Keyboard Won't Pop Up!

DISCONNECTED! Keeps appearing || On mobile, keyboard won't pop up || Everything freezes
  • Your Internet may be slow.
  • The game may need a refresh, or you're in a laggy realm.
  • A server update is going on.
Pretty common too. Try relogging, restarting Cubic Castles, or unistalling and reinstalling the game.
If the problem persists, go to http://support.cubiccastles.com .


Someone Has Glitched Name And Clothes!


A player who is level one, no name and glitched clothes
  • Happens when the player is laggy, or his graphics could be messed up.
  • Often in a laggy realm.
Try relogging or restarting Cubic Castles. It's not a super big problem, though.

    I had all of these, but lemme add one :

    Damnit you phone

    One specific item is glitched, and it's the only thing with wrong textures . . . I couldn't find the item's name .

    if you click leave realm you spawn back in jail
    just fixing that info

    just fixing that info

    That's about jail though...This is about frequently asked 'bugs' or occurrences in the game :P Some people have been having problems about not being able to login, and I'm not sure they were banned, though I'm not 100% sure.

    well im 100% sure of the info i provided since i got a mistake ban days ago so the info that i gave is correct
    about the perma ban i think its correct,i seen people in multiple threads saying that if someone has that issue entering they might have been perma banned

    The 1st, 2nd and 3rd happened to me. The keyboard pop-up and the "Can't connect" are the most commkn with me.

    The keyboard doesnt popup/game is slow and the name one i know the real reason of for phone users:

    The game uses RAM because its an app, so every phone has its RAM and the more stuff there is in the realm the more RAM it takes to load them in, and the keyboard is also an app so if cc uses up all the RAM the keyboard cant be loaded anymore

    How to get more RAM:
    -restart your phone (this will close all apps in background, and an app that claims it closes background apps are almost never trusted)

    -just close the apps on the background yourself (simply pressing that task manager button and swiping them away doesnt work, most will still stay active)

    Cockroaches (hope not).
