U need to water your plants every 12 hours or it will not grow fast?
Don't put any block above it ( no block up to block 100 )
Never you any weather stamps aside from the default White Cloudy Stamp

Only blocks 12 above the plant affect it

Every 12 hours it looks dry but it's still watered you only need to water every 24 hours.
