Messed up 3rd person stool sitting

So, this is a pretty straightforward bug. Let's say that Player 1 is sitting on a stool. Player 2 then sees that you're standing even though you're sitting, but Player 3 on the other hand sees you sitting (the same thing that Player 1 sees). This is the issue that's going on with the stool. Another problem is how you can also go and sit underneath the actual platform of where you are supposed to sit. I have taken 3 screenshots for reference.
Screenshot 1 is what my main Hoxis sees when Jared is sitting on a stool. It shows that he is standing instead of sitting (he is actually sitting) and screenshot 2 shows what I see on my alt. The last screenshot is the issue with the stool and how you can sit underneath the area where you're supposed to sit.
