Crashes Game When Opens Tweak

Ok so, my bro' s (James Playz) game crashes each time he opens up the tweaks option in the settings once and a while. This happened before the Summer Pack.
What actually happens is that when the game crashes, the CC settings reset and he has to select the keyboard option that he wants to use, etc..
This may be a bug but i don't know. I thought that it might fix if he completely deletes the game. Mods/Admins will this fix it?
