Forums Suggestion For Mentions

I have 2 suggestions for Mentions when it comes to the forums. For one, it should notify you when someone mentions you, you should be able to turn this on and off, and have it enabled for some people, like it should always, no matter what be enabled to Admins and Moderators, and you can also change who can mention you and have you be notified. Also, when there's a space in someone's name, you have to put %20 in each space for the forums to actually go to their account, which always bothered me. I think that it should automatically do that, and hide it, because I doubt anyone has %20 in their name.
