i have wacom too. it doesnt need to be cintique,those are made for professionals not new artist. i have one by wacom medium size and it costed me lik 60$ or so
To be honest, I notice a few people (I'm not saying their names as they *know* who they are) Witchhunting people's comics and telling them it's not cc related when they haven't made their own comic.

It would be bad to call them out, but everybody already knows who you are referring to...
Look, as far as understand, they are free to set edited versions from other comic/memes that are not from this competition. What they need to do is to not be disappointed if they fail due to the low amount of originality in what they post. Let's leave it at that and not let others down because they'd rather borrow someone else's work.
it never exceeds. i always join competition.. dead line is the dead line and the announcement of winners is 1 week after the deadline.
