How to find Cavern Mines?

Hi CC!
I have only had 1 lucky chance of finding a cavern mine within a mountain mine. Is there some trick to finding them?

Yeah, it is sort of helpful, but it doesnt actually help me how to find a cavern mine unless they are all quite obvious.

Well, I usually look around for strange humps. Usually in flat areas.
