No. Don't do it. It's a definite scam. I know that you want to be a mod, but it's impossible if you want to become one already. Check the requirements for you to be a mod. There's a chance that you can become one but not now.

A developer/admin of this game will message you if you want to become one. :D
But for now, try not to ask to become a mod, your image will be ruined
