Couldn't access my account

i went to a realm carrying a door with me when i came out i ended up in scammington village and i couldn't get out, please someone help me in this

    when i click on exit realm it keeps on loading and doesn't go out, and if i try restarting the game i end up where i was in scammington village

    Hm. Try tping to someone? or going through one of the doors

    all doors are locked, its like a mission

    i got into a door and moved to another realm in that mission but now its not even loading my account

    now i couldn't even log in to my account, mods or developers do something to help me out, i even raised a ticket.

    Isn't there anyone who is gonna help me?,
    why isn't any mods or admins responding to this?

    If you already sent a ticket and no answer for at least 2 days, try to send private message to admins
