always stuck on reconnecting

In my mobile phone (android) sometimes if i join the game or leave/join the realm it would just be stuck on reconnecting. I'm not sure if it's my device problem or a bug. It keeps coming back even after reinstalling the app.

Well if you are stuck on 'reconnecting' when entering the game it is a ban but it normally comes up with that,if not you might want to check your connection on your phone/WiFi or your router,if not then it could just be the game playing up,in that case it might also be that you haven't downloaded the most recent update on cubic castles?

Well it could be my wifi problem, since it also happens to my other phone as well
