I played this game from 2015, and at that time it was very easy to get cubbit, because resources were still very expensive at that time, and fossil prices were very expensive, and in the past Event packs could also give you wealth from Super items that you get if you are lucky, unlike now all Resources & Fossils are very cheap, which makes it difficult to get C for new players, and even now packs don't have super items that can give players a boost, all items have the same chance which makes them not special.
maybe my suggestion is to start by giving the super items back to the pack and make this game interesting again, many players are tired of this game, because trading is only the main key in this sandbox themed game, that's very unfair in my opinion. and maybe you can provide other events such as Cinco de Mayo, Mining Fest, St.Patrick day, etc.
