Quest Blocked?

For Some Reason One of the quests I paid for called the dark queen, where u are entering the cave, it says can't enter, either because someone put a sentry on the door

Well, I couple of times some quest realms appear closed. You can contact support if you found any closed. They are able to unlock the quest realms.
