Being banned from the game for no reasons?

I am here to ask and please as soon as possible i need answers badly right now my main account in cubic castles is banned due to unknown reasons i was just mining around in the desert mine leveling up my dragon pet when i got disconnected from the game when i tried to re-login a message popped up to my screen saying i am banned for 120 more day(s). So i ask why? Why was i banned? Did i got accused for something i didn't even do? If you are wondering im a (Level 60 player named "Exotic18") i left cubic castles 3 years ago to take a break i just returned to the game once again. I have been playing for almost 2 weeks now and i get this all of the sudden? So if someone sees this please i need answers to this random act..
