Can someone help me contact Black Simba

Black Simba has some of my plot items in pens (6 vends and some other commons). I haven't seen him in game lately (I lost my plot 1 or 2 days ago) and I want to see if he would at least admit that he has the items, since all of my friends said he would never return them. Anybody know any way for me to contact him or find him in cc or somewhere so that I can try to at least get my items back?
