How to put an image on a discushion

So to get to the point I tried putting images of concept art I had made onto a discussion I wanted to make, every time I tried it just keep saying "The File Failed to Upload", Am I doing it wrong, do I need to somehow make a URL for my images, or can you just not put images on your discussion anymore?

    Yes, you would need to make a url for your images.
    One easy way to do it is if you have discord, you can send the image to yourself there and copy the link of it.
    There's other ways to do it, discord is just the one I use.
