I've been waiting for a reply about my permanently banned friend who has my Doc's Mirror, I was with my alt account Nankurunaisa, and left the Doc's Mirror in my trusted friend Giopip's inventory while I was a bit inactive, then he got permanently banned for unknown reasons... He said support didn't reply him, he sent many ticket since 15th of May but still no reply. Is there a chance I can get my Doc's Mirror back? My friend has every information to prove he is the real owner of the account Giopip. Please support, check the ticket number 18275, thanks!

Hello, if your friend has already contacted support and he didn't get a reply after 3 days, he can reply to the automatic verification email he got when he sent the ticket.
Edit: Or in any case make a new ticket.

Are you sure he didn't scam you and he lie to you about the perma ban
