Saving Account Information BUG (Steam)

Hi I'm SushiKitty.
So when I go to try to change my password, the popup for SAI shows up and will not stop "saving". This has gone on for 20 mins until I had to just close the game. After closing the game, my password had not been changed. I tried again and it did the exact same thing. This has made me unable to change my password, which really blows.. :c
Is there a fix to this or another way I can change my password? If not, I can only hope this bug will be resolved asap..
Simple BUG Recreation
I am a Steam User.
1- Change Password In-Game
2- Saving Account Information pops up.
3- SAI does not stop..
4- Like 20 mins later, it's still "saving". So you restart your game and notice your password had still not changed.
5- Repeat...
