Unable to log into already existing account

I’m trying to log into an already existing account but every time I try to it keeps telling me that I have too many accounts. Why is it telling me this if the account has existed already. I’ve tried changing the password and nothing changes.

Have you tried contacting support? i believe they will know what to do better than us :P
