To many log in attempts glitch 2022 (solved)

Bruh.
I was playing in my friends realm and he got locked out because he miss typed his password and you can't copy and paste which its really annoying. Then after when I tried to leave his realm it literally said to many failed log in attempts when I wasn't even me and then There was a black screen. So basically I got locked out for trying to leave his realm???. Pls help. (Btw we were using the same wifi)

That seems to be the reason, since you use the same wifi (IP) this will effect your acct as well, I recommend you to wait 1 hour off as there is no other way.

Use VPN if you need to login immediately or try VPN extension for web browser

Probably so that people can’t try to get access to someone’s account by just guessing the password over and over

I think the other way they could do it is with cookies to track you but you can just clear the cookies, so doing it based on your Wi-Fi has some drawbacks, but it’s quite harder to work around.
