Account emails

If I have 3 accounts on 1 email, how do I change 1 of them to a different email without changing the rest?
&
If I create a new account, how do I make that account go into my other email because it somehow is already signed in with the other email.
This is getting really annoying now because i've wasted over an hour trying to get it to work.

Change the password on the account you want to change the email for, and change the email when you change the password.

Yea i do that and it changes all my accounts to that email
