It'd be nice to know how rare the ghosts I find is, so I can choose whether or not to catch them in the first place.

The "Find Anywhere" ones are the common ones since you can find them in any realm without any special things. All the other ones are a little bit rarer because you have to be in a specific place with a specific stamp/block to find them.

What does it mean by the cubening and qbee fields? Where can I find these?

The room/realms needs to play the specific song for it to spawn. The chill plasm spawns if the room is playing qbee fields or the cubening for the grim plasm.

You can purchase them from the cubit store, or off other players.
