Sign in update/ Deleting or changing names of old accounts. Inspired by "Crimzo"

A good idea to fix the problem unused accounts for good is to sign newcomers in as anonymous at first with an option to sign in. Also Delete accounts that weren't used for long and don't have email and password. Password and email required to make a new account. Limited accounts per email (Don't care how many, I only use 2, so at least make it more than one) Also, no starter presents for anonymous peeps in a starter realm. (My brother got me IP banned for abusing this, and couldn't play at my house until we moved) Also, non-signed in accounts can use prize dispencers) Really big update, but it would fix lots of problems. What yall think?
