New wand ideas

1. Fire wand: like a harm wand but does an extra 1/4 or 1/2 damage
2. Freeze wand: Freezes another qubee for 1 second or .5 seconds.
3. Slow wand: Slows the targeted qubee for 5 seconds, the slow down would be like the slowing of the yellow or red zone of the inv.
4. Flash wand: Flashes the other players screen (not the best idea because some people have issues with flashing lights, and it can be disabled by disabling flashing lights.)
5. Insta-kill want: Insta kills the targeted qubee, but the bad side it the projectile is small and slow, so it wouldn't be to op
6. Speed wand: Speeds up the targeted qubee for double speed for 5 second, can be used on self.
7. Invert wand: Makes the targeted qubee's controls opposite, for 5-10 seconds, like right is now left, and forward is now backward.
Well that's all the ideas i have.
