    Last I checked it doesn't matter if its placed or not I think its illegal to sell realms or rooms. Can someone confirm that for me?

    If the Room hasn't been placed, it's safe- if the Room is tradable, you know it's not been placed- deeds are weird tho, I'd stay away from them no matter who sells them. Cause they can "re-name" realms to say what the Store says.
