Reconnecting always

This is on both PC (Steam) and Android. For the most part of the day, I get stuck at reconnecting for hours before finally being let to play. I thought I had found a fix to this by simultaneously trying to log in to an account on both devices, but it turns out it was just coincidence.
Is there a way to fix this?
