The inventory, chat bubble, and quick menu keeps vanishing

So. Its pretty new. I only seen one other person experiencing it. But whenever i log on, play for a few minutes, and then it happens, quick menu, inv, and chat box, lags out, please fix it, its ruining my experience ingame
