Also, maybe put Pigfish as a supercommon? Since about 2/5 fishes are Pigfish for me, idk about anyone else though.

While Wailfish, Bigeye and Qbeefish is Rare in Overworld but it's pretty common in Fall Realms

From what I've seen as an overview, gentlefish, rainbowfish, guardian fish are all super rare, i'd say rare for the big wale. Otherwise i agree with Peng.
