new update bug? or is it just me?

i signed in and saw that there was been an update- then when i signed in i was very slow, which i was confused cuz i had the "packrat" perk to the max. then i realized all the perks ive ever gained were gone. is there a new system now? do i need to regain my perks?

    okay this glitch or bug or whatever it is is getting annoying, i cant even mine minerals now

    You click the blue botton in the top right, click perks, click a perk, click get perk ot get it. You can get as many perks as what levek you are.
