My username is not valid

I made an account a couple of years ago and I wanted to play on it again. When I try to login it says "Your username is not valid". It contains a colon so if that's the problem what do I do?

    that means you are inputting the incorrect password on an account with symbols in it.
    Although the username would be invalid now, if you use the correct password to access an account with symbol in, it will log you in regardless.

    Change the password using your email and log in that way :P

    If you type in the correct password, then you can log into your account
